Concerned Heart Foundation Ghana is an NGO registered in Ghana with Registration number CG063780823, TIN C0063213303 and with Central Tongu District Assembly Adidome, Volta Region of Ghana.
The foundation comprises of expects of Social Workers trained and professional teachers, nurses, environmentalist and technical men in Central Tongu District of Volta Region, Adidome having found it necessary at our meetings to support the needy and deprived communities in education, health and Social Amenities. The group is Non-Partisan, Non-denominational and Non-Governmental Organization for our common good as child protection activists.
